Q) Why buy online with beuchat.com.au?
A) Beuchat Australia is Australia’s official Beuchat representative and we stand behind our products. We offer complete support of our products including warranty issues concerning any Beuchat item that we or one of our Australian Dealers sell within Australia. Remember, obtaining equipment online from other countries or from unauthorised Dealers of any brand can often be void of backup.  

Q) Where are you located?
A) We are an Australian owned and operated business located in Brisbane. Our trading address is: 5/433 Wondall Rd, Tingalpa, Queensland, Australia 4173.

Q) Am I able to visit your premises to buy products?
A) Absolutely! Our online store is connected to and viewed by our premium Dealers around the country. If you are able to visit us in Tingalpa, South East Queensland, we are able to offer our expertise on all Beuchat equipment.

Q) I'm outside of Australia, can I still purchase your products?
A) No. Beuchat Australia can only send to Australian addresses, selling only to Australian residents.

Q) What methods of payment do you accept?
A) At this time we only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard.  

Q) Do you accept currency other than Australian Dollars?
A) No, we only accept payments made in Australian Dollars.  

Q) Is my payment processed securely?
A) Yes. Our site is secured by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts your information and sends it over a secure HTTPS connection so that we never see or handle your credit card details. We also commit to you that your details are used only to allow us to process and deliver your order. We will never sell or give your personal details to another party.

Q) I don't want to use my credit card online, can I still purchase from you?
Yes. Although every transaction is processed with sophisticated security in place, we understand that some customers may prefer to purchase offline. Please call us during office hours and we can process your payment over the phone or feel free to drop in to your closest Beuchat dealer.

Shipping & Delivery

Q) Do you deliver outside of Australia?
A) No, we only sell and deliver to Australian residents.

Q) How will my goods be sent?
A) All items purchased from www.beuchat.com.au are freight free and sent via Australia Post or Australian Air Express. If goods are not received within 10 working days from actual payment date, please contact us and we will conduct a trace.

Q) Do I need to sign for the delivery?
A) Yes. However, Australia Post or Australian Air Express will leave a slip for collection at your local post office if delivery address is unattended on delivery.

Q) When will my order arrive?
A) Your order should arrive within 2 – 10 working days and will be shipped by Registered Australia Post or Australian Air Express. Please note that delivery to Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory is likely to take at least 7 days on larger items. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received.

Returns Policy

Q) Do you accept returns?
A) Yes, provided the goods are completely unused, in perfect new condition and still have tags attached. Even slightest grazing on goods will mean that goods will be sent to purchaser.

Q) How do I send back items?
A) Send by whatever means you deem fit. Goods will be free freighted in exchange of different sizing as soon as goods arrive back to us provided we have the item in stock but you will have to pay for postage back to Beuchat Australia.

Any further exchanges will then have freight applied. You will be responsible for freight arriving back to Beuchat safely and with tags still on. Again, we will only accept goods returned in perfect condition.

Warranty Policy

Beuchat products have a 2 year warranty.

Beuchat Australia only replaces products bought from either Beuchat Australia or one of our official Beuchat Dealers within Australia.

Important: Please keep receipts as we and our dealers require a receipt in order to replace faulty items.

Product Availability & Accuracy

beuchat.com.au fills customer orders from its own warehouse stock and performs due diligence to ensure that out of stock products are displayed as such on the online shop.

In the event that something you have purchased becomes unavailable, you will be notified within two business days and can choose to place that item on back-order or we will refund your purchase price by the same method you paid.

beuchat.com.au product images are professionally photographed to illustrate the products as true to life as possible. Please be aware that your computer's colour settings may slightly alter the way a product looks on-screen.

If you feel a product has been grossly misrepresented please contact us immediately after receiving and inspecting your product.
